Premium-grade aluminium billets are extruded into precise architectural profiles. These profiles are then powder-coated or anodized to enhance strength, durability, and long-term resistance to corrosion and weather.
Aluminium profiles are accurately cut to required frame dimensions and precisely machined to integrate hardware components, ensuring a flawless fit and superior finish for every door and window system.
Frames and shutters are carefully assembled with high-quality gaskets, rollers, hinges, and locking mechanisms, ensuring smooth operation, structural stability, and perfect alignment.
Completed systems are securely packed, transported to the project site, and professionally installed. Final adjustments, sealing, and thorough inspection ensure optimal performance before handover.
